Wedding Gift

My brother-in-law is getting married in 15 days. Me and my husband have been thinking about gift ideas from a long time. It is hard to decide. Since my brother-in-law lives in the US, we do not want to buy them anything really big that they cannot carry. After a lot of thought we decided writing them a check is the best option. But, I want to give them some small gift in addition to the check. So, we have been banging our heads to figure out the right gift.

We got a lot of silver articles for our wedding that are still lying with my mom and mother-in-law. So, we decided not to buy any silver items. I came up with the idea of watches for both of them. That seemed like a really nice idea at first but, again both of them already have good watches. So, now we are not sure if that is a good idea.

The last option would be to just write a check now and buy them a small gift when they come to visit us later. Not a bad option. Let’s see if I can come up with something better in a week. I will keep you posted on this 🙂
